JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & E-commerce Senior Manager who will work closely with key clients in Vietnam across various industries, helping identify business challenges,propose data-driven marketing strategies, and lead the delivery of end-to-end digital marketing and commerce solutions. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that requires a strong combination of commercial acumen, project management excellence, and team development capability.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly adaptable, and thrives in an entrepreneurial and multicultural environment. This role reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Division Growth Strategy (30%)
• Define a clear vision and roadmap for the development and expansion of the Digital Marketing Division in line with company objectives.
• Identify service gaps and new growth opportunities (e.g.,performance media, e-commerce integration, martech services) based on market dynamics.
• Establish frameworks and processes to scale the division while maintaining high service quality and operational excellence.
2. Market Analysis & Client-Centric Strategy (25%)
• Analyze evolving market trends, platform changes, and competitive landscapes to anticipate and proactively respond to client needs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them design long-term digital marketing roadmaps beyond immediate campaign execution.
• Ensure the division remains agile and responsive to new client demands and digital transformation needs.
3. Recruitment & Team Development (25%)
• Design and execute a recruitment strategy that builds a high-performing, future-ready team aligned with divisional goals.
• Define role requirements, competencies, and development plans for each team level (Executive, Specialist, Manager).
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
4. Practical Execution and Operational Leadership (20%)
• Step in with real, practical experience to guide project teams, troubleshoot operational challenges, and optimize campaign performance when needed.
• Oversee daily campaign operations across platforms (paid media, KOL/KOC, e-commerce marketing), ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.
• Build operational best practices, SOPs, and quality control standards based on hands-on experience, not just theoretical models.
• Lead post-campaign performance reviews and transform insights into improved processes and strategies.
WORK LOCATION: Moc Gia Building, No.123 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
WORKING TIME: Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
REQUEST
• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or integrated marketing.
• At least 5 years in leading and managing digital teams (team management, talent development, resource planning).
• Strong hands-on campaign management across Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo, Shopee, Lazada, and Tiki.
• Deep understanding of digital metrics (ROAS, CVR, AOV, CAC, CTR, CPM) and consumer journeys
• Skilled in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, CDP, SEO tools, social listening platforms).
• Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data for strategic insights and decision-making.
• Commercial mindset with strong project management and strategic planning capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing management tools.
• Experience working with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp) is preferred.
• Real, practical execution experience in paid ads, influencer marketing, CRM, and e-commerce ecosystems.
• Proven success in building, recruiting, and scaling high-performing teams.
• Strong skills in client consulting, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation.
• Able to manage campaigns across multiple industries and adapt to diverse client needs.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written).
• Comfortable working under pressure and leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
