ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Leader (Performance) to lead our performance marketing efforts across both onsite and offsite channels. This role is perfect for a data-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys mentoring junior team members, and has a proven track record of driving ROI through strategic planning and execution.

WE NEED YOU:
✓ Lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms:
• Onsite: Shopee, Lazada, Tiki Ads
• Offsite: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads
✓ Build comprehensive annual and monthly media plans, including performance forecasts, budget allocation, content direction, and promotional schedules.
✓ Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROAS, CVR, AOV, and other relevant KPIs.
✓ Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for campaign improvement, stock planning, and overall business strategy.
✓ Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad materials that align with campaign objectives.
✓ Collaborate with the KOL/influencer team to align paid media with KOL campaign timelines and overall campaign strategies (no direct execution required).
✓ Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on competitor research and market trends.
✓ Coordinate cross-team and cross-agency collaborations to ensure campaign delivery is on time, on brand, and on budget.
✓ Mentor and train junior team members in performance marketing, clientcommunication, and project coordination..
WORK LOCATION:
✓ 3rd Floor, Moc Gia Building, No.123 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
WORKING TIME:
✓ Monday to Friday and Bi-weekly Saturday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
REQUIREMENTS:
✓ 3–5 years of experience in digital performance marketing or e-Commerce growth strategy (agency-side experience is a big plus).
✓ In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and eCommerce ad tools.
✓ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into action
✓ Experience in campaign planning, budget management, and performance optimization
✓ Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working cross-functionally with creative, KOL, and account teams.
✓ Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
