WE NEED YOU:
• Provide the product, process training to newbie agents and refresh training to existing agents.
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, IG & YouTube
• Collaborate with internal teams to align briefs, KPIs & paid media strategies
• Manage influencer sourcing, negotiation, onboarding & content planning
• Develop & lead a high-performing influencer team
• Build strong relationships with creators, agencies & media teams
• Track campaign performance, generate reports & optimize for future campaign
WORK LOCATION: 3rd Floor, Moc Gia Building, No.123 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh Dist.,
HCMC.
WORKING TIME: Monday to Friday and Bi-weekly Saturday from 8 AM - 5
REQUEST
• At least 5 years of experience in influencer/KOL/KOC marketing, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience negotiating with influencers, understanding pricing structures, and managing content rights.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to assess and handle human-related risks in influencer collaboration.
• Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace, Instagram Creator Studio, affiliate platforms, and influencer databases.
• Hands-on experience working cross-functionally with ads/media teams to ensure performance alignment.
• Strong project management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese; professional English is a plus.
• Familiar with Google Sheets, Excel, reporting tools, and task management platforms (e.g., Monday, ClickUp).
