Job Purpose
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with strong expertise in E-commerce platforms and Digital Media management.
This role will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of media campaigns (onsite/offsite) to support e-commerce sales growth for our clients.
The Senior Account Executive acts as a bridge between brands, internal execution teams, and platform partners to deliver results-oriented digital solutions.
E-commerce Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brands and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Understand and manage product campaign mechanics: pricing, gifting, discounting, bundling promotions aligned with platform requirements.
- Monitor and support monthly revenue growth and stock health to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with internal operations, platform KAMs (Key Account Managers), and clients to optimize e-commerce campaigns.
- Continuously monitor and update internal teams and clients on changes in e-commerce platform policies, commission fees, incentive programs, and new campaign mechanics.
- Analyze how platform changes (e.g., fee adjustments, policy updates) impact brand strategy, and recommend timely adjustments.
Digital Media Management
- Coordinate and support media planning & buying for e-commerce campaigns (onsite ads on Shopee/Lazada/Tiki and offsite ads via Facebook, Google, TikTok Ads).
- Brief and align media teams on campaign objectives, target KPIs (e.g., CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate), and audience targeting strategy.
- Monitor media execution progress and performance reports to ensure media KPIs are achieved and aligned with e-commerce sales goals.
- Analyze and interpret media and e-commerce data to recommend campaign optimizations.
Account Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding campaign updates, media plans, e-commerce strategies, and project troubleshooting.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, operations, media, and platform specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
- Prepare weekly updates, media reports, post-campaign reviews, and present findings to clients.
- Proactively flag risks/issues to internal and client teams and recommend solutions to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management with focus on e-commerce operations and/or digital media advertising.
- Solid understanding of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and key mechanics of platform commercial campaigns.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Strong project management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Data-driven mindset with good Excel and reporting skills; able to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong team collaboration spirit.
- Proactiveness, ownership mindset, and commitment to continuous learning are essential.
Work Location: 3rd Floor, Moc Gia Building, No.123 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.
Working Time: Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
