ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Non-CX Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by selling innovative digital and AI-powered solutions. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships to accelerate business transformation through technology.
WE NEED YOU:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, target and approach potential clients through various channels including online research, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Inter-departmental collaboration to participate in R&D process through market insights collection.
2. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business challenges.
- Present and demonstrate digital solutions, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s digital products, AI tools, and services.
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager and the Sales Capability Manager.
WORK LOCATION:
- 4th floor, Moc Gia Cong Hoa Building, 123 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC.
WORKING TIME:
- Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday – Friday and every other Saturday.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Data Sciense, Business Intelligence, Consultant or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the business, preferable in consulting industry (especially CX consulting, DX consulting, Management & Business Consulting).
- Fluently in English (Equivalent to IELTS 6.0).
- Proven experience in non-cx service development, or a similar role, preferably within the business intelligence or IT services sector.
- Have a good and large network and connections to identify and reach out potential lead for providing business intelligence.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
