WE NEED YOU:
- Review, classify, add/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tool
- Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
- Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues or escalate to higher level
- Delivery workload of ticket effectively and in best quality
- Can understand and tracking yourself performance and propose the need help to higher level to improve the performance
- Ensure KPI is met, guideline and policy are adhere to.
WORK LOCATION:
- Tan Binh District, HCMC.
WORKING TIME:
- Service time: willing to work under shifting mode (6 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 10 pm)
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school
- Fluent in English both written and reading (TOEIC 450) or the same level
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service
- Experience in checking and validating data and E-commerce is a plus
- Minimum typing skill: 50 words per minute
