WE NEED YOU:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing agents, focusing on product knowledge, customer service skills
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentation materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with SOP of project, best practices when collaborate with operation management team
- Prepare and present the training report according to client or internal project request
- Agent skill and knowledge – oriented
- Review the performance appraisal and organize the discussion of Individual Development Plan
WORK LOCATION:
- Tan Binh District, HCMC.
WORKING TIME:
- Service time: 8AM - 5PM, Monday - Saturday
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate‘s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
- Fluent in English both written and spoken (TOEIC 650 for English and SHK4 for Chinese) or the same level
- At least 1 years in the same position. (specialized in BPO industry)
- Excellent training, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms is plus
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office
- Willing to work overtime if needed
