Key Requirements

● Develop creative concepts and visual designs for integrated campaigns, including digital,
social media, print, OOH, and branding materials.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
● Design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and
client expectations.
● Present design ideas and rationale to internal teams and clients confidently and
professionally.
● Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices to bring fresh
ideas to the team.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure the timely delivery of all creative assets.
● Work with external vendors, photographers, illustrators, and production teams when needed
to ensure quality execution.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Advanced Diploma in
Multimedia (ADIM), Bachelor…)
● 4 years+ of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising
agency, as well as a strong portfolio of related projects showcase.
✔ Making original key visual design (SoMe Banners, Storyboard across
channels/platforms; POSM; Landing page, Website, App,etc.) and ensuring the
visual products are aligned with Brand guideline and strategy.
✔ Creating animations, videos with effects/elements, and enhancing motion
graphics.
● Submit a portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work across multiple media.
● Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
● Excellent sense of typography, layout, colour, and composition.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
● Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
