WE NEED YOU:

Receive and review design briefs to fully understand project requirements
Conceptualize and develop design concepts, graphics, layouts, and motion ideas
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects
Improve user-friendliness in digital products
Prepare ideas, concepts, and design solutions for various stakeholders; incorporate feedback to finalize designs

REQUEST

Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Experience working as a Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects
Ability to create original key visuals (Banners, Video Storyboards for social media, POSM, Landing Pages, Websites, Apps, etc.) and ensure visual outputs align with overall strategy
Produce videos and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics quality
Submit the most recent portfolio for the assessment process
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good aesthetic sense and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
Ability to draw by hand
High level of creativity and strong sense of responsibility
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Keep up to date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and tools
Good communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions
