ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Strategic Media who will be responsible for leading the strategy and overseeing the end-to-end execution of media activities across the assigned client portfolio. This role not only manages media planning and execution but also drives team capability development, optimizes campaign performance, and directly contributes to revenue growth.
This role is perfect for a data-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and has a proven track record of driving ROI through strategic planning and execution.

SCOPE OF WORK

  1. Media Strategy & Planning
  • Develop comprehensive media strategies for the client portfolio, ensuring alignment with each brand’s business direction —from deep-dive audience research to crystal-clear objectives.
  • Build a completed omni-channel media plans, including Paid Search, Paid Social Media, ECOM, and emerging platforms.
  • Define audience strategies and channel mixes driven by data analysis and industry insights.
  • Consult and present media strategies to clients.
  1. Campaign Management & Performance Optimization
  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle: from KPI setting and progress tracking to optimization and final reporting.
  • Crunch the Numbers: Track CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC like a hawk. Spot trends, pivot fast, and turn insights into action.
  • Create media schedules, budget allocations, and media buying decisions prior to execution.
  • Ensure reporting quality, providing accurate and timely campaign reports, monthly reviews, and post-campaign analyses (PCA).
  • Proactively propose data-driven solutions to enhance performance (A/B testing, creative optimization, bidding strategies, etc.).
  • Be the first to spot new Meta features, algorithm quirks, and trend waves. Bring fresh ideas to the table.
  1. Internal & Partner Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with CS/PM, Content and Creative teams to ensure seamless strategy integration and proposal pitching.
  • Manage relationships with platform partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, Zalo) to stay updated on new products and optimize partnership opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media
  • Proficient in advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, ECOM Ads, Zalo Ads.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, audience targeting, and data-driven marketing.

Skills

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and approach problems with structured thinking.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Vietnamese; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with GA4 and Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

WORK LOCATION:

  • WORK FROM HOME

WORKING TIME:

  • Monday to Friday and Bi-weekly Saturday from 9AM - 6 PM.
