OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Account Executive to support e-commerce and social commerce projects for leading Japanese and multinational brands.

The role involves managing project execution, coordinating with clients and internal teams, supporting EC marketplace operations, KOL/KOC campaigns, and analyzing performance data to drive business results.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, logical thinker, and fast learner who can take ownership of projects and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project & Account Management

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day project execution
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action items
  • Support client communication and follow-up requests
  • Prepare meeting minutes, project updates, and status reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

E-commerce Operations & Performance Management

  • Support marketplace projects across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor sales performance, campaign results, and operational KPIs
  • Consolidate and analyze sales data, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance
  • Identify issues, opportunities, and optimization recommendations
  • Support reporting and business reviews

Social Commerce & Influencer Marketing

  • Support KOL/KOC sourcing, booking, and campaign coordination
  • Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and vendors
  • Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports
  • Support social outreach and media-related activities

Analysis & Problem Solving

  • Analyze project and business performance data
  • Identify root causes of issues and propose solutions
  • Support decision-making through logical and data-driven recommendations
  • Work with reports, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards

WORK LOCATION:

  • Hybrid: Office located Scetpa Building, 19A Cong Hoa Street, Bay Hien Ward, HCMC.

WORKING TIME:

  • Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday – Friday

REQUIREMENT

Must Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Project Coordination, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Operations, or related fields
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong logical thinking and critical thinking ability
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers, and reports
  • Able to identify issues and propose practical solutions
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership
  • Fast learner with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

  • Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in agency, client servicing, or project management environments
  • Experience with KOL/KOC campaigns, social outreach, or influencer marketing
  • Experience preparing performance reports and business analysis
