Job description:
Take Domain ownership & drive UX Writing excellence:
- Craft and maintain a consistent and persuasive voice and tone for all e-commerce touchpoints, including but not limited to product pages, checkout flows, user interface (UI) elements, notifications, error messages, and seller centres.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, marketing specialists, and developers, to ensure the seamless integration of compelling copy within the user experience.
Elevate craft and scale impact:
- Develop and implement content guidelines and style guides to ensure a unified and user-friendly content experience throughout the e-commerce app and platforms.
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly microcopy for buttons, forms, tooltips, and other interactive elements, providing users with clear directions and assistance when needed.
Work fast & learn fast to stay ahead:
- Gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve the effectiveness of the written content.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies, integrating emerging trends into the UX writing process to drive innovation.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- UX writing/Content design for digital channels or products (app or web) for "2C" (to Consumer) industries or business domains. E-commerce experience is a plus.
- More than 2 years of working/professional experience in UX writing, content design, or/and copywriting. Advantage to those who understands the differences between these related disciplines.
- Familiar with user-centred design and accessibility for digital product experiences (app or web)
- Comfortable using Industry-standard design tools like Figma or internal enterprise tools.
- Aware and able to apply latest UX, digital marketing, and content trends.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
- Experience in translating English to Vietnamese.
- Bachelor‘s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
