- Lead, manage & develop a team, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain high standards and quality of work.
- Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework‘s core values and in line with existing policies and procedures
- Actively promote and support inclusion, ensuring that individuals are supported to participate in community and work opportunities according to their interests and goals
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilizing clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed
- Performance management: career counseling, coaching, performance development, 1:1‘s mentoring, Team huddle, Ops calibration etc... to make sure the team achieves the glide goal.
- Control Team roster to be efficient and work with QAs/Trainers to gather feedback regarding productivity and quality problems for service improvement.
WORK LOCATION:
- 4th Floor, Pico Palaza, 20 Cong Hoa, Bay Hien Ward, Tan Binh District, HCMC
WORKING TIME:
- Rotating shift 8 hours/ day, 6 days/ week (1 day off any)
REQUEST
- 1-year minimum supervising/leading a team or senior agent/ specialist staff
- Experience in Content Moderation, Contact Center, E-Commerce, Customer Service, Consultant, Data, Telesales, and Moderation is a plus
- Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good at English.
