WE NEED YOU:
✔ Conduct daily screening/tagging to categorize content and evaluate UGC (User Generated
Content) content quality on the e-commerce platform from agent
✔ Conduct root cause analyses to improvement for UGC content quality, and provide summaries and recommendations
✔ Maintain an understanding of Client policies and community guidelines in order to identify opportunities for optimization on the e-commerce platform
✔Ensure consistent content quality throughout the E-commercial ecosystem, manage BPO performance to achieve KPIs of productivity
WORK LOCATION:
✔ 4th Floor, PICO Building, 20 Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC
WORKING TIME:
✔ Service time: 24/7, working 6 days/week (1 day off any)
✔ Rotating shift 8 hours/ day, support night shift (if any).
REQUEST:
✔ At least 1-year experience in QA position
✔ Communication English skills
✔ Advanced knowledge of MS products, particularly Excel
✔ Excellent communication skills – Analytical, able to analyze data and draw insights
✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
✔ Innovative and able to influence others
✔ Able to work night shift
