We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Team Leader to manage a team supporting Japanese clients in recruitment-related data processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for recruitment data processing services for Japanese clients.
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients to receive and process operational information.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, workflows, and quality standards.
  • Monitor team performance, coach employees, and resolve operational issues.
  • Plan workforce allocation and ensure KPIs and service quality targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sufficient staffing and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, analyze performance, and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • College degree or above.
  • Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher.
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Experience in team leadership, operations, customer service, BPO, back-office functions, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of HR, accounting, or business operations is an advantage.
  • Experience working or living in Japan is highly preferred.
