ABOUT OUR DIGITAL MARKETING DIVISION’S BUSINESS:
✔ Marketing Promotion / Internet Advertising in Vietnam.
✔ EC Operation service (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok /Shopify, etc.).
✔ SNS Maintenance & Operation (mainly Facebook Page / Facebook Group).
✔ Front-end Web development / Offshore business for Japan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, layouts, and motion ideas based upon client’s brief.
• Build ideas, concepts, and design direction & solutions for various purposes (both internal & external) and incorporate their feedback into the final deliver.
• In charge of training junior members to upskills and managing team-workload daily.
• Coordinate with Code Team to deliver final project outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (ex: Advanced Diploma in Multimedia (ADIM), Bachelor…)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Graphic/Motion Graphic Senior Designer, as well as a strong portfolio of related projects showcast.
• Making original key visual design (SoMe Banners, Storyboard across channels/platforms; POSM; Landing page, Website, App,etc.) and ensuring the visual products are aligned with Brand guideline and
• Creating animations, videos with effects/elements, enhancing motion graphics.
• Submit the most recent portfolio for the assessment process
• You pay strong attention to detail, accuracy, and have a keen eye for aesthetics & able to work under pressure
• You possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe XD, Figma…
• Be capable of hand-drawing
• High sense of creativity and responsibility
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques and tools
• You have communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions

WORK LOCATION: 3rd Floor, Moc Gia Building, No.123 Cong Hoa Street, Bay Hien Ward , HCMC.

WORKING TIME: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
