WE NEED YOU:

  • Responsible for deploying operational systems and executing capability programs that 
    modernize and professionalize distributors.
  • Ensures alignment with the Distributor of the Future operating model, focusing on data 
    accuracy, system integration, and sustainable operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor distributor compliance with Distribution Agreements (DA) through structured reporting and audit systems; deploy standardized processes to ensure operational adherence across the distributor network
  • System Deployment & Data Accuracy: Lead the deployment of digital tools and data 
    management systems to improve accuracy, transparency, and decision-making. Integrate 
    capability programs with system-based performance dashboards to track distributor KPIs.
  • Capability & Training Programs: Design and implement system-enabled training and 
    engagement initiatives for distributors, supported by the local Distributor Development Team (DDT). Roll out new operational capability programs tailored to enhance distributor efficiency and logistics excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement & Standardization: Drive sustainable improvements through consistent application of operational standards and system-based monitoring. Identify gaps in system usage and operational compliance, recommending corrective measures. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across distributors to strengthen business resilience.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in distributor development or digital transformation.
  • Functional Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail.
  • Language: Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
  • Deliver: Execute operational change, system rollouts, and process standardization with 
    measurable impact.
  • Connect: Build trusted stakeholder relationships, influence the adoption of systems, and 
    ensure operational discipline.
