WE NEED YOU:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities across channels (social, paid media, content direction, influencer, ATL & BTL)
- Work closely with internal teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders (internal & external) to align expectations and drive progress
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Support in content planning, media strategy, and campaign ideation
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Proactively identify issues and propose solutions instead of relying on others
WORK LOCATION:
- 19A Cong Hoa Street, Bay Hien Ward, HCMC.
WORKING TIME:
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency or brand side)
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) and marketing fundamentals
- Proven experience in budget management and campaign optimization
- Strong capability in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to manage tasks and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
- Comfortable working across different functions (content, media, analytics, etc.)
- Passion for marketing and brand development in Digital platform.
- Continuously update new digital, social trends or campaigns locally or globally.
