WE NEED YOU:
- Respond to customer queries by phone or e-mail to support and solve complaint cases
- Interface between customers and hotels to resolve any cases arising upon/after check-in
- Handle admin support tasks including but not limited to hotel, flight, and regular payment related
issues - Verify transactions with different mode of payments (such as: bank-transfer, credit cards, etc..) match
payment and booking ID - Interact with banks and customers to validate information and to confirm or cancel authorizations.
WORK LOCATION:
- 8th Floor, Scetpa Building, 19A Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC.
WORKING TIME:
- Working 25 days/ month, 5-6 days/ week.
- Service Time: 24/7, rotate shifts from 6 AM – 9 PM, night shift from 9 PM – 6 AM (average 3-5 night shift/month).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduation from College or above.
- At least 6 months experience in customer service, receptionist, tour guide.
- Intermediate in English (IELTS with a minimum of 5.5 or equivalent (TOIEC 450-560).
- Age: From 20 – 30 years old.
- Having experience in call center/contact center or travel industry is a plus.
- Willing to work on weekends, national holidays, overtime if needed.
- Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including).
- Able to work under pressure and in a large team.
- Always bring a positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers.
- Discipline, honesty, critical and high initiative.
