WE NEED YOU:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyze business requirements for projects involving web systems, BI dashboards, and automation (RPA/workflow).
• Understand and analyze business problems, proactively ask the right questions, and propose appropriate solutions instead of just documenting requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear deliverables, including user stories, functional specifications, KPI definitions, and data logic/workflows.
• Participate in solution design for:
  • Dashboard/BI (Power BI or equivalent)
  • Web applications/systems
  • Automation/RPA (Power Automate, UiPath, workflows, etc.)
• Participate in solution design for Define KPIs/business metrics, identify data sources and data flows, and develop calculation logic and data validation rules.
• Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the SDLC to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Participate in testing (UAT) and validate business logic and data accuracy.
• Support debugging of issues related to requirements, data, and business logic.
• Assist in planning and tracking progress, including sprint planning, task breakdown, and ensuring timeline adherence.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding scope, timeline, and any arising issues.
• May take part in project coordination for small to medium projects when needed.
• Work in a team environment that requires proactiveness, flexibility, and a strong focus on outcomes.

Vietnamese:

• Làm việc với stakeholder để thu thập, làm rõ và phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ trong các dự án web system, BI dashboard và automation (RPA/workflow).
• Hiểu và phân tích bài toán kinh doanh, chủ động đặt câu hỏi và đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp thay vì chỉ ghi nhận yêu cầu.
• Chuyển đổi yêu cầu business thành các tài liệu rõ ràng: user stories, functional specs, KPI definition, data logic/workflow.
• Tham gia thiết kế giải pháp:
  • Dashboard/BI (Power BI hoặc tương đương)
  • Web application/system
  • Automation/RPA (Power Automate, UiPath, workflow...).
• Xác định KPI/business metrics, data source & data flow, đồng thời xây dựng logic tính toán và validation dữ liệu.
• Phối hợp với team dev trong suốt SDLC để đảm bảo deliver đúng yêu cầu.
• Tham gia kiểm thử (UAT), validate logic business và dữ liệu trên hệ thống.
• Hỗ trợ debug các vấn đề liên quan đến requirement, data và business logic.
• Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch và theo dõi tiến độ: Sprint planning, task breakdown và đảm bảo timeline thực hiện.
• Chủ động trao đổi với stakeholder về: Scope, Timeline, Các issue phát sinh.
• Có thể đóng vai trò điều phối dự án (project coordination) trong các dự án.
• Làm việc trong môi trường team, yêu cầu chủ động, linh hoạt và ưu tiên kết quả.

WORKING TIME:

• Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday – Friday & Bi-weekly Saturday

REQUEST

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2 –5 years (Mid-level) or 5+ years (Senior-level) of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, System Analyst, or similar roles in software projects.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: web systems/products, BI dashboards/data analytics, or automation/RPA/workflow.
• Strong IT foundation with understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, system flows, and SDLC.
• Ability to analyze requirements, understand business problems, and translate them into clear solutions for the development team.
• Ability to work with data: define KPIs, understand data flow, and validate data.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage data for analysis and decision-making.
• Basic SQL skills or equivalent tools for data validation and verification.
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose optimization/automation solutions.
• Good English communication skills (meetings, requirement discussions, emails) when working with clients and international teams.
• Nice to have:
  • Experience with:
    • Power BI/DWH/data analytics
    • RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate…)
    • eCommerce/FMCG/Retail
    • Pre-sales/solution consulting
    • Project coordination or direct client interaction
    • Japanese language is a plus (not mandatory)

Vietnamese:

• Tốt nghiệp đại học các ngành CNTT, Khoa học máy tính hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Có từ 2–5 năm (Mid) hoặc 5+ năm (Senior) kinh nghiệm ở vị trí BA/Product/System Analyst hoặc tương đương trong các dự án phần mềm.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các mảng: Web system/product, BI dashboard/data analytics, Automation/RPA/workflow.
• Có nền tảng IT tốt, hiểu về kiến trúc hệ thống, API, database, system flow và quy trình SDLC.
• Có khả năng phân tích requirement, hiểu bài toán business và chuyển đổi thành solution rõ ràng cho team Dev.
• Có khả năng làm việc với data: Xác định KPI, hiểu data flow, validate dữ liệu.
• Có tư duy data-driven, hiểu cách sử dụng dữ liệu để hỗ trợ phân tích và ra quyết định.
• Có thể sử dụng SQL cơ bản hoặc công cụ tương đương để kiểm tra dữ liệu.
• Có khả năng phân tích quy trình nghiệp vụ và đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu/automation.
• Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh (meeting, trao đổi requirement, email…) khi làm việc với khách hàng và đội ngũ quốc tế.
