WE NEED YOU:
- Exploit and develop relationships with assigned Global Key Accounts to expand the project. Monitor work progress and keep in contact with clients at all stages (briefing, proposal, contract, campaign management).
- Search and reach potential partners/customers through social networking channels (LinkedIn), networking. Building relationships with international businesses and focusing 100% on international markets.
- Interact with customers for proposals, quotations, offers, contracts…
- Coordinate with the Solution Planning department to come up with a new service model. Update new models for customers.
- Analyze customer needs and internal resources to calculate quotes and recommend service models.
- Record customer feedback about the service. Coordinate with Operations department to solve requests from Customers.
- Report to Senior Manager – Business Development Division.
WORK LOCATION:
- 4th floor, Moc Gia Cong Hoa Building, 123 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC
WORKING TIME:
- Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday – Friday and Bi-weekly Saturday.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluently in English.
- At least 4 years working experience with a minimum of 1 year experience in the same position.
- Proven track record of successful global sales management.
- Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen.
- Understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Good presentation skills and report writing capability.
- Analytic mindset, proactive, dedicated, committed & passionate.
- Customer service & sales oriented.
- Can work independent as well as teamwork.
